Ken Ikiara has deep executive experience across consumer products and value chains within Africa and globally. Ken’s expertise spans sales, brand definition and protection, marketing, and supply chains.

Ken has been Colgate Palmolive’s Worldwide Director for Indirect Trade and the Business Development Director for Sub-Sahara Africa. Prior to that he was the Managing Director for Colgate Palmolive for Eastern Africa, Marketing Director for Kenya, and Commercial Director.

Prior to his roles with Colgate Palmolive, Ken had management and executive roles with East Africa Industries (Unilever), Boots Pharmaceuticals, and Total Kenya Limited.

Ken has a BSc in management and marketing from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has extensive training and exposure worldwide, and is a graduate of Dartmouth College's Global 2020. Ken is a leader, trainer and focused businessman with outstanding global qualities.

Keith Wright has more than 24 years of operational and executive experience running complex development and business projects across Africa and in the USA. His experience includes governance leadership in one of Kenya's leading micro-finance banks and as president of a $150mm global organization with nearly 3,000 staff in 26 countries. Keith has lived in Africa for over 11 of those years. He earned a MSc degree in economic development from Eastern University and a BA degree in political science from the University of Mary Washington.

Keith has provided innovative strategy, project design, management, and implementation leadership across a wide range of sectors on the continent including but not limited to finance, insurance, marketing and product design for local consumers, production and sales market value chains, infrastructure, energy, conservation, agriculture, housing, education, health, leadership training, governance, security, risk management and governance.

John Conway is recognized internationally for his pallet, packaging and logistics expertise. A graduate of Virginia Tech, former research faculty at the William H. Sardo Laboratory at Virginia Tech and former executive with the National Wooden Pallet & Container organization, and co-founder of C&R. John works with manufacturers, North American market brokers and big box retailers on a daily basis to get their product from the factory to stores efficiently and safely. He has developed relationships with retailers, buyers and product brokers who rely on his packaging design and manufacturing knowledge to get products to market meeting specific company and international standards. John has over 22 years experience working with Asian, African, European, South American and North American manufacturers of goods and packaging.
In the US, C&R provides service throughout the US and has representative international offices in Qingdao, China and Nairobi, Kenya.
